consolidated a few parts, setup BOM output for assembly

Channel measurement routing done, interleaved channel connections to loads

Removed numerous IO expanders no longer required for FP LEDs, Diodes on rail switching changed to FETs, window comp changed to open collector, 12V PSU changed to smaller footprint, changes pushed to PCB and routing started

Finished processor schematic, annotated components, ready to start PCB work

Added some headers, finished power supplies, fixed up negative rail measurement

schematics largely done, still some work to do on processor and power supplies
