Routing progress! Maybe 30% done.

Added note about mcu reset

Placement V1. Want to try and centre the board on the nixies vertically. Saving progress before trying out different placements.

Started mcu placement

Added 180V clearance rules. Updated 0805 footprints to 1206 for 180V nets.

Started layout!! 180V boost mostly laid out

Fixed a bunch of footprints and added missing 3D models

Added ESD protection to 5V input, leds, hw rev pins, and test points.
