Fix a few part values in Rauchmelder_3.5

Added Rauchmelder_3.6: - All parts are places on the top side (except for the long pin header, of course). - Gerber files for individual PCBs and for a 2-PCB panel with fiducials for pick-and-place. - Source files are in KiCAD-5.0 format
