[RM] - rearranged diodes; added holes for pull out zip tie

[RM] - removed vendor attributes from parts

attributes were not updated and thus were misleading because auf wrong c&p values. So it's better to delete them completely (and perhaps add a dedicated BOM later)

[RM] - removed thermals from buck converter polygons

[RM] - pwr mlccs changed to 2 x 47uF and adj-voltage divider 1k6/470R

- according to ROHM spec: switched to 2 x 47uF mlccs (instead of 1 x 22uF of the old design)
- according to ROHM spec: adjusted voltage divider to get 3,3V output instead of (instead of 3,397V from the old design)
