[IOmodule8xFM] - moved MLCC to avoid collision with EIB pin of power PCB

[IOmodule8xFM] - switched RX / TX to 2,54 pin header added status LED

[BB_Pwr+KNX] - rearranged parts colliding with IO module

[BB_Pwr+KNX] - labels rearranged; MLCC values updated

[BB_Pwr+KNX] - rearranged parts, reduced heat dissipation pins to 2 rearrangement in order to avoid by accident wrongly placed parts and connected pin headers

[BB_Pwr+KNX] - widened holes for power inductor

Readme change reverted
