The Vbb and Vin have returned to separate nets and zones. In this configuration the spike of volage when turning on the source at the surface will be handle by C1,C2 and C3.

Plane configuration

The Vin and Vbb are merged into a single net. Is the C1 to C3 usefull then? Must revise the decoupling strategy
