I have choosen the connector #1 but footprint missing

The connector 16 pin has been added to the driver schematic but the 3D model and footprint is missing. All the links for the parts are in the onenote documents

modified footprint of 2 capacitor type to remove some clearance error

solved the unrouted error for via to the GND and 5V plane

Added to assign a net to the split plane : show the plane on the PCB, double click and assing the split plane to a net name

run DRC and have 38 Un-Routed Net Constraint error

everywhere there is via

placed all the capacitor and resistor to decouple the ADC

connected all the 5V, 4Vref, 3Vref and other GND pin of the ADC
