added blank new KiCAD project files

removed sym-lib-table from this repo, library tables are better in the symbol/footprint libraries themselves

changed URL for submodule to be full rather than relative to my local copy

adding blank kicad project, including reference to test local symbol library '_kb_relays_switches'

added *.sch-bak to ignore
removed *.xml and *.csv exported BOM files from ignore
