re-save in kicad v8.0.8 format, v minor

updated kicad to v8.0.1 and re-saved (intermediate v7.0.11 update didn't change anything)

converted USB diff pair indicator to dashed/dotted line rectangle

named pcb ground planes added schematic dashed circuit block bbounding box updated library ref for heatsink/solid centre pads **WIP** added useful custom DRC rules... ...note, pending question on crash issue

updated page dates, re-netlisted edited and saved schematic & layout settings set min connection (new DRC to 0.2mm same as min gap) set min mask to copper as 0.05mm (new DRC)

updated to KiCAD v6.0.0 (incl official libraries), was 5.1.10... ...opened and converted schematic & project, not done PCB yet or reimported ...updated sym-lib-table to new version ...updated library repo to latest for v6.0.0 format ...deleted old .sch .pro files (auto converted to new extensions) ...deleted -cache file, not needed with v6 ...added new .kicad_prl 'Project local settings' to .gitignore (changes per PC)
