Forgot to Pull before making more local changes!...
...chose best of both local and remote!
...means KiCAD moved under /design/ (using local version) and submodule has full URL reference

added schematic titleblock link, from one in KiCAD libraries submodule

moved KiCAD files one directory up...
...(removed PTXXXX_boardname directory which I didn't realise KiCAD had made

move submodule KiCAD libaries into design directory, to be a subdirectory of KiCAD project

set up simple folder structure
added blank new KiCAD project files

removed sym-lib-table from this repo, library tables are better in the symbol/footprint libraries themselves

changed URL for submodule to be full rather than relative to my local copy
