final changes to Rev A main io & driver IO pcb's: AC approved. Modified component footprints to comply with AC rules.

final LV Rev A edits. These boards are ordered, approved by AC. Also added the Main IO Gerbers

Driver IO PCB and Main IO PCB Rev A ordered--Driver IO approved by AC and Main IO on hold, some clearances need to be higher. Going on my PC to do that now w this push:)
