Moved PLL to own sheet and more

Moved DAC components to sub-sheet

Wired up more components:

- SWD
- TRACE
- Audio output
- Part of SD Card

Reserved more pins on the STM32 (LCD, FMC), so GPIO won't conflict in
the future.
