Moved DAC components to sub-sheet

Also:
- added some decoupling caps
- Researched differential outputs

Time spent: 20 minutes

Wired up more components:

- SWD
- TRACE
- Audio output
- Part of SD Card

Reserved more pins on the STM32 (LCD, FMC), so GPIO won't conflict in
the future.

Time spent: 25 mins

Switched to STM32F7451

Also connected:
I2S lines
Clock control SPI

Broke out:
Trace Pins
JTAG Pins
UART 1 for Debug
UART 2 for MIDI

Added:
SD Card
USB Connector
