Upgraded a number of projects to Kicad V6 and added D6, PD6 and D12

Adding All Kicad board files to github

Re-adding all board files to github. From now on a new Project is started every time a physical board is made. Before that point, we'll use github to keep track of changes. Gerber files and other fabrication outputs will be stored somewhere else (Shared folder) and released separately.
