Sequencer 2.31 Sequencer Updated to V2.31 28/4/21 Power Supply updated pull 5V from main case power supply, in line with low noise techniques. Some resistor values reduced to 10k, in line with low noise techniques. Traces rerouted.

Sequencer 2.21 Code moved to folder as per Arduino IDE requirements.
