Add pull-ups & change connectors for localization on motion plane

Change control panel connector for v0.2.0 processing plane

Revised silkscreen labels for v0.1.1 processing plane for Squid stack.

Made revised (v0.2.0) motion plane for Squid stack.

Motor connectors are changed; UART addressing is used on the TMC2209 boards rather than an analog switch IC for multiplexing; and the DC power jack footprint is (hopefully) fixed.

Made board for the stack's initial (v0.1.0) motion plane for Squid.

Made board for the v0.2.0 stack's initial (v0.1.0) processing plane.

Made changes for v0.1.1

Removed two MOSFET boards and two voltage step-up/step-down boards. Reassigned MOSFET control pins.
Attempted to fix the 12V DC power barrel jack.
Added jumper header block for controlling enable pins on motor driver boards.
Tweaked positions of various components.
Added 12V power supply switch and LED indicator.
Added corner M3 mounting holes.
Improved silkscreen and added missing labels.
