Updated footprints.

This updates and corrects thermal pad stencil aperture sizes and updates
QFN pads to roundrect.

Corrected the SAO/I2C ear name in schematic and on board.

Bumped the revision on the breakoff section.

Missed that before. :/

Updated resistor array footprints.

The new footprints don't have holes in the resistor silkscreen markers
and don't have the noisy mechanical drawing on the Fab layer.

Changed the VPP_2V5 diode footprint to SOD-523.

The SOD-523 is more common. While I was at it I also named the VPP_2V5
net.

This fixes #26

Fixed pin header 3d models.

We had some of the models doubled up or not fully disabled. Now the TH
pin headers are all using KiCad V5 3d model locations and are all
disabled.

This fixes #23

Fixed RGB LED labling. Replaced RGB LED signals to be color agnostic.

The FPGA does not care which color is connected to which pin, so
referring to the pins as red, green and blue is bit silly. The signals
are now RGB0-2 instead. The only place where we label the colors are on
the actual Cree LED package pins.
