Improve 5V regulator

Change diode D5 to DB2W40200L - higher current capacity + smaller + easier footprint
Improve routing of power and ground, add vias to improve thermal conductivity to ground plane

Rework voltage regulators

Change inductors to be smaller, higher current ratings
Change diode D8 to be smaller, higher ratings

Correct v1.1 gerbers

Wrong outline, missing top layer.

Fix D8 Footprint

Diode D8 was using footprint for MBMR140 instead of MURS320. Previous boards were populated with MBMR140 to suit footprint, potentially limiting regulated 12V output current.

Correct DIP switch orientation

Stepper driver microstepping DIP switches are 'upside-down' / unintuitive, change orientation.

Increase spacing between ISP2 and 5V headers. Distance between EXP3 and 12V header changed to match. Hopefully fixes #2.
