protocol.jesd3: accept whitespace in L payload.

This is required by JESD3-C.

protocol.jesd3: accept whitespace before *.

This isn't strictly permitted by JESD3-C, but real JED files use it,
and there's no harm in always allowing it.

applet.radio.nrf24l01: improve help text and validation.

applet.program.{nrf24l→nrf24lx1}

It's a bit ambiguous to have both radio.nrf24l and program.nrf24l,
so let's do radio.nrf24l01 and program.nrf24lx1.

applet.audio.yamaha_opx: stop synthesizer clock on underflow.

All of our supported synths are fully synchronous, so this is a valid
strategy for dealing with underflows. In fact, we could reuse it to
genlock the synth to the host application, by stopping the clock
if the output buffer level is high enough.

revC1: update fabrication outputs with regulator swap

No gerber changes, just BOM, schematic, and fabrication diagram
