applet.radio.nrf24l01: flush applet FIFO before pulsing CE.

applet.memory.24x: allow binary literals as -A arguments.

applet.audio.yamaha_opx: relax timeout.

The current value is way too aggressive and leads to spurious
timeouts in some conditions. The only purpose of this timeout is
to guard against a hung undervolted chip, so the exact value is
not very important, only that it's not too long.

revC1: fix formatting issue in BOM.

Line 21 was missing several columns.

applet.interface.jtag_probe: add missing help messages.
