revC1: relocate VSENSE divider silkscreen away from screws

Also move things around a bit with the VSENSE filters; they are now more
symmetrical even.

revC1: increase mounting hole size from 3.2mm to 3.5mm, add courtyard space around

- 3.2mm is the standard mounting hole size for M3 screws. But this requires tight
tolerances that sometimes are difficult to achieve with hobbyist tools. 3.5mm
allows for more tolerance

- a M3 washer has 7mm outer diameter. A 3mm screw+washer can be offset 0.5mm in a
3.5mm hole -> 8mm space necessary around the center of the hole. Add 1mm
clearance + tolerance around gives a 10mm diameter courtyard keepout zone

- change to a pad style with small vias in it because the vias slightly increase
the adhesion of the copper to the FR4 material. I think it also looks nice.
