Added fabrication output files and reports in ROOT/awg-tx-shunt/to_fab_house_plots/

Ran DRC. No errors.

Added identifier text, warning symbols, and chamfered edges to the edge cuts, and rerouted wiring under the BNC connectors.

Revisions to awg-shunt-tx.sch shunt resistor.

Reworked the TX routing board and transformer PCB layout. Simplified by removing calibration circuitry, which will be in a separate board design. Added test points.
