Added some notes to the shunt board design.

Added two DPDT switches to the board and rerouted to avoid using the bottom layer grounding plane.

Added identifier text, warning symbols, and chamfered edges to the edge cuts, and rerouted wiring under the BNC connectors.

Revisions to awg-shunt-tx.sch shunt resistor.

Reworked the TX routing board and transformer PCB layout. Simplified by removing calibration circuitry, which will be in a separate board design. Added test points.
