Renamed op-amp reference voltage to 3V3_DIV2

Slightly modified encoder routing

Fixed general routing issues, moved thermistor off board (temp).

Changed GND polygon and board size to accomodate capacitors, added stiching vias to RMII transformer.

Merge branch 'taylor-thermistor' into mainboard-v2.0

Completed board routing.
