IMU decoupling caps, tented vias around MCU

Added/modified user interface LEDs, re-annotated components

Rerouted ethernet interface

Altered MCU Power Sch, file cleanup into _archive

Updated digikey part number on components, created BOM and Gerber output jobs.

Removed the MCU_VDD and 3V3_VDD power rails.

Added User Interface section to main branch.

User_Interface_Route_V1 Finished internal routing within the user interface room and inserts VIA's where I felt comfortable to reach other parts of the board
