* Test with MC and BMS
* updates
* Updates after motor tests
Updates after running and testing the code with the BMS and the MC connected via CAN. Fixed many logical issues
* Initial EEPROM code
Add initial code for using EEPROM to store program constants to allow for updates over CAN.
* Add flow rate test project
Added project for testing the flow rate sensor in the motor cooling loop. Currently not implemented
