* V2 script + git ignore

New script that works with the new format of the telemetry hub CSV output while we wait for hub graphing improvements
- also added .csv to git ignore

Uses the synchronize function to allow us to set exactly how many samples we want from the data. Runs much faster, although there are more optimizations that could be made if needed
