HL-MEM_24C project :
- 24-channels HL_MEM to be able to read all PNs from a ECAL Super-Module.
- There are 2 tentative PCBs :
  - One to be located in the legacy MEM box outside SM and
  - One to be located inside the SM at the place used by the Token-ring boards.
- Both have 24 LiTE-DTUs in test mode.
- Only other samples are read (80 MHZ sampling) and both MONACAL outputs are digitized and sent to BE electronics through 2 FE boards.
