ele/hw: clean and refactor project structure

- rename folder `ele` to `hw`
- remove folder `MainBoard`
- to folder `hw` add folders `lib`,`configuration` and `designBlock`
- rename `RBCX-MainBoard{.brd/.sch}` to `RBCX{.brd/.sch}`

MainBoard: fix motors signals, improve silkscreen

- fix JST connector layout for M1 and M2
- switch all pins to be compatible with chines motors with encoders
- switch encoders signal on the coprocessor
- fix direction/position of silkscreen text
- move some vias due to silkscreen
- add `esp32.lbr` library
- improve silkscreen in `esp32.lbr` and `CR2032-circle.lbr` to fit on RBCX

MainBoardBRD: Add bottom silkscreen and improve top silkscreen

MainBoardBRD: Add isolation cutout polygon around analog ground vias
