Reworking the top/bottom halves, filling in socket gaps

Moving to half/half to work around socket walls.

Lots of reworking of the Teensy socket,
also adjusting for Teensy pin offset
which might be troublesome

Updating NES/SNES controller definitions

Now they actually use my measurements...

Converting to mm, redoing some measurements

Now I have actual calipers!

Adding extra headers to the teensy

Also tweaking board width
And adding detail to headers (for printing just sockets)

Adding holders to the model

Gonna run into socket problems though...hmm.

Refactoring things a good bit

Extracting bits of code into sensible files
