duplicated board and schematic in order to merge branches

different 10nF capacitors

modified silkscreen (v1.0 ready for production)

moved capacitor closer to VDD, updated partlist

reduced size of board, added terminator to BNC

changed packages to match ordered parts, updated BOM

changed ENABLE routing, added mounting holes, renumbered parts

repositioned all buffers (TODO: rename parts, silkscreen)

Repositioninng one line of buffers, drill of vias changed to 0.4mm, positioning of FPGA connector to small board DE0-Nano
