Simplified the values of the resistors

* Moved tracks around
* Added two vias to get GND to the bottom copper in an isolated island

Hand tweaks to the art to avoid most of the ERC errors

Added KiBot as CICD and removed CircleCI
Fixed some DRC/ERC errors and tweaked the files so KiBot accepts them and generates artifacts from them

Cap touch area is bigger.
Added some vias to connect both planes
