switched to kicad 5.1.0 -> 5.1.2

Addon Board 1.3 (2019-05-24)

- Changed optocoupler footprint to more common SOIC-4_4.55x2.6mm_P1.27mm
- Larger 5V regulator on 9vac side for less heat
- replaced 100uF tantalum with 3x 47uF 1206 MLCC
- kicad 5.1.0 project

MLCC 1210 cap and optoisolators changed to Package_SO:SOIC-4_4.55x2.6mm_P1.27mm

Not finished routing. Needs more of the 1210 caps.

addonboard: 5V moved to VIN+, and fixed SDA2 and SCL2. #16 #17
