merged NoCap_Test branch

rearrainged devies and added a solder junction

replace lower voltage FET by CMOS for putting off a CR circuit between HiVol-PMOS-Gate and 12V source.

replaced FETs for switching with cheaper lower breakdown voltage ones; and a added high voltage capacitor

replace the transistor with FET which compose a source follower.*
