modified a value of 300V source symbol; Having a ploblem probably caused by Capacitor which require 240ms to charge

added cmos designed fet driver

replace lower voltage FET by CMOS for putting off a CR circuit between HiVol-PMOS-Gate and 12V source.

replaced FETs for switching with cheaper lower breakdown voltage ones; and a added high voltage capacitor

replace the transistor with FET which compose a source follower.*

rearranged devices

added a NPN for like voltage follower
