EEPROM is SOIC

Merge pull request #41 from ieeeupsb/eeprom Fixes #39 - Add 256kB EEPROM to the project

A0 and A1 are not connected according to datasheet

Changed WP pull up to 10K Ohms to reduce power draw

Tidy up Moved around circuit blocks

Decoupling cap as AN1028 suggests

pull-up resistor on SCL and WP According to Application note AN1028 WP can't be left floating and both I2C pins and WP should have a pull-up

Add pull-up resistor to the SDA line

Add 256kB EEPROM to the project
