Improve layout and add voltage sensing circuit to layout

Add some little changes to the schematic, add calculations

Improve pcb routing, add testpoints and etc.
The design improves a lot. Still lots to do, but most important design parts should now be drafted almost complete.

Place remaining components onto pcb, remove galvanic protection circuit
