Change values of blocking C (#26) and fix one unroute track

* Change values of capacitors C1, C2, C3 from 100 nF to 10 nF due to problems with flashing
ESP32 DevKitC.
* Fix unrouted GND track in left up corner (4th pad in second pinhead line from top of board).

Update schematic and board to KiCAD 5 (#37)

* Remove the rescue dir
