Fixed missing jmp, fixed DRC and ERC errors and warnungs, conn VBAT pin

Rerouted diff pairs, added decoupling cap, connected two mux inputs

Added USB 3.x switch, rerouted diff pairs

* Added an USB 3 superspeed cabable switch to switch the SS lines to the
right side of the USB Type C recepacle, otherwise the stab wire would
cause interferances
* Routed the SS diff pairs to the switch, swapped some positive and
negative wires of the pairs
* Rerouted the highspeed pair and started to modifiy the connections to
the connectors (VCC, GND)

Switched to an managed libraries and added 3D models

* Switched to an managed libraries (needed to proberly manage the 3D
models), so the lib is no longer part of this repo
* Added 3D models to every part

Added support for UFP Mode and top-sect. snap-off

* Added support for the ability to use the dongle as an UFP (upstream
facing port), so the dongle operates as a power source
* Added the ability to also snap off the top section

Replaced DCDC Buck Converter

Moved to the TPS62175DQCR Buck Converter from TI.
This IC doesn't require so high external C and L values,
and it should also perform more reliable.

Cleaned up silkscreen, fixed pull down R, Length matched traces

* Cleaned up the silkscreen so all names a readable
* Moved the USB Type C CC Pull Down R to the Bottom Layer that they dont
interfier with the Type C Connector
* Length matched each trace segment of the differential USB signals

Added Debug Header

Added a Header to debug the STM32 micro using a SWD Debugger like the
ST-Link V2 on the NUCLEO Board

Added Snap off section and CC Pull Down
