Git branching/merging policy will now be followed through GitHub.

WLS system set up. Anshuman's git history caught up.
All systems under management have now been merged at this common commit.

BSPD - Schematic revision/component revision.

During ESF, schematics chosen used European part libraries.
These were updated to US symbols, with appropriate final parts sourced
to allow builds of both SOP8 and DIL-8 packages.
