Fixing some minor comment styles, and removing unnecessary code

Trying to get Bluetooth working... phone app receiver isn't working, but can find phone when manually scan bluetooth visible to it. HC-05 isn't ready to receive yet, so might need to hook up two pi's instead.

Got Viki pulled in, saving the vector encodings

Added check in case npz file isn't present, also fixing frame/face variable error for the 16th time I swear, don't know why it's persisting
