FINAL FINLAL FINAL mainboard design

Changes the fuses from car fuses to 2.5A resettable fuses. Adds the OUR logo and designers. Moves LED to more logical locations

Final final mainboard Design (v5.1)

Adds termination resistors to Can 1. Updates silkscreen. Connects Power plane islands.
Passes design rule check, verified the CAM files using PCBway gerber viewer

To do list (if have time):
change to resettable fuses; add OUR logo (haven't figured out how)
