Made edits as suggested by William Matthews and generated Gerber files

Connected TP11 and 12, mods post DRC and ERC, new board layout and rewired CAN to run in parralel

connected CAN 1 to misc pcb connector allowing it to be fed to the lv pack connector. This was missing. This has also meant having a single 12V output for both the IMD and AMS warning lights Signed-off-by: Jack Bruford

created power_electronics8 which is a design for a revised board including mosfets to isolate the 3.3v and 12v rails via charge safe and discharge enable signal nets. Also fixed naming issues with those signals Signed-off-by: Jack Bruford
