Initial support for "Voice Assistant" display when initiating from car.

[FIX] firmware: Application 1.3.1

* Fix incorrect function use.
* Cleanup of Config code.
* Do not expose private functions.
* Add support for storing strings.

* Validate date and time returned by BT device. Re-request the time on turn of the minute if we would deviate > 15 seconds.
* Android 13 sends AVRCP_STOP when not able to start playing (eg. no songs to play, or no signal). Treat it same as PAUSE.
* A2DP stream can start just for short Voice Assistant prompts without starting playing any music.
* Tidy up screen when incomplete or duplicate (album=artist) meta-data is provided (radio shows, singles, Spotify shows) without having blank lines on screen.

Update Dutch translation

In the previous translation code there was a line present "Onbekend Album" in Dutch but in english
only the Artist and Title version were determined. Probably a copy mistake or change of code to 1.3.0.
