Support >100degF temperatures with decimal
If there are cars reporting decimals with degF temperature, support temps > 100. When over 100, just ignore the decimal part for sake of screen space.

Forcefully display selected temperature on other audio modes - Radio, CD, AUX.
Can cause a bit of flicker on changes.
Removes the display of 'RDS" letters from FM radio display.
Maybe there should be additional safeguards with regards to display mode, seems however to work with Navi and TV as well.

trim trailing spaces and trailing dots from formater temp string
Cosmetic, sometimes F temperatures are padded with spaces, that adds unnecessary spacing. Also, not sure if it can happen, buy in case we only have buffer for incomplete sting ( >100 deg+ decimals), and delimal gets cut, delete it to look nicer.
