Final revision of schematic

-added pullup resistor on i2c from digital side
-added reference using lm4040. Our ic is the 2.5V version
-checked the signal conditioning stage to get it working with changed reference
WHEN TESTING IS POSSIBLE THAT THERE WILL BE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE DAC & THE REFERENCE. The proposed solution is to cut the traces to the reference, use VDD as a reference and change the signal conditioning resistor.

-Pass element + gate control

TBD:
-Linear regulators for powering up the OPamps and the I2C glue logic
