Update rfid value encoding to match rpi and fix bug where member name may not be different

Add logging, resize portion of tag read, and correct expiration_date to expire_date

fixing schema of local database and querys to match the server view

using the parameters for start_tx_pin and lock_button_pin in the Door class init. changing the raspberryPi template to reflect the pin mapping on the board
