Merge pull request #65 from Ranthalion/member-email-notifications setting up some events and listeners to fire email notifications

push to resource - an access list will now push to a resource when a network address is configured for that resource. - added doorDummy to help with testing - setting up events and listeners for health checks and updates. This should allow us to schedule updates - pushing appropriate updates to device endpoints when changes have been made - adding a status column in the resource page to show current health status - updating member_table view to only show active members
