Updated breakout silkscreen

cleaned up the breakout silkscreen

fixed short on serial RX of tracksoar v2

fixed a short on the serial rx line that shorted it to ground due to a via. Updated silkscreen on the breakout board and named headers

updated shield template

updated shield template to be a breakout board for all IO into .1" headers

added a library

added gnd vias

added ground vias to shorten ground paths for the ltc3426, backup battery

moved gnd via

ground via for the backup cap was interferring with the GPS pads.

minor trace cleanup

moved a few traces around for aesthetics.

Added gps backup cap

added gps backup capacitor. Corrected serial voltage divider resistor values. Removed ground vias below gps module.

fixed 3v reg

the 3v reg wiring was corrected and output cap moved closer to the regulator.

added buck regulator

swapped the linear regulator for a buck converter.
