Updated U$7 updated u$7 on brd and sch file to include value and part number

Schematic cleanup placed decoupling caps where they are located on the board. Placed items in groups and did my best to place nets near their origins. Also generally group items where they are located on the board.

silkscreen cleanup moved silkscreen tvalues and bvalues to tnames and bnames so they show up correctly in macrofab / oshpark.

minor silkscreen cleanup moved GPIO pin names down to clear connector

added breakout mount holes added 2.8mm mounting holes with mouse bites for easy removal.

Schematic cleanup first pass at making the schematic more readable. Moved components to be more in line with the board layout.

silkscreen updates minor silkscreen fixes

Fixed airwire issue Fixed an issue with the v2 board that resulted from upgrading eagle to v9. It caused lots of very short airwires.
